Rams beats Keydets 6-4 in battle for 1st place Rams came to Lynchburg, VA for the first game of 2009 and beat the Keydets 6-4. This marks the first loss for the Keydets since November 7th against Liberty (D-2) ending the VMI win streak at 5 games. |

VMI wins first ever Frozen Military Classic 5-0 Keydets and Bulldogs play in first Frozen Military Classic Game raising $5,614.68 for the American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. The scholarship fund benefits the children of the US Armed Forces men and women who have been killed on active duty since 9/11. |

The Frozen Military Classic of the South!!! Keydets vs. Bulldogs in Frozen Military Classic of the South this Saturday Dec 6th at 6pm at the Factory Ice House in Wake Forest, NC. All proceeds will go to children of fallen soldiers on the war on terror since 9/11. |

VMI beats NVCC and division rival Radford Keydets beat NVCC 6-0 Friday night in Lynchburg and then got revenge against Radford Saturday night by winning 8-7 to go 3-1 in the Atlantic division heading into Thanksgiving break.

BRHC Holds Fall Meeting The Blue Ridge Hockey Conference held its largest meeting in history, along with the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League this past weekend in Williamsburg, Virginia. With more than fifty representatives present, the meeting represented 25 teams in five states. |

Keydets announce Daniel Berthiaume as new Head Coach After Coach Andrew Westhouse was promoted to head Assistant to the Athletic Director he had to step down from his role with the hockey team. The Keydets heard from several applicants and Coach Bert was the best fit. We are overwelmed by his experience and excited where he can take VMI hockey. |
