The 49ers took the Seahawks to shootout on the road at Wilmington, NC on Friday in a Blue Ridge Conference game. Saturday, the Niners fell to ACHA Division II, Blue Devils, at home in overtime.

Q&A with Coach Marc Chavaree
In July, Marc Chavaree became the fourth head coach for the 49ers. The program has experienced considerable growth in the past two years. Appointing Marc as coach allows the Niners to capitalize on the talented hockey players on campus. Marc took time away from season preparation to discuss the upcoming 7th season for ice hockey at UNC Charlotte. |
